Returns, Replacements & Refund Policy
At Sovam Ayurveda, we follow strict quality control standards to ensure every product delivered is in perfect condition. Returns or replacements will be accepted only under the limited circumstances mentioned below.
1. Eligibility for Returns or Replacements
We accept returns or replacements only if:
• The product was damaged during transit
• The product has a verified manufacturing defect
• An incorrect product was delivered
No other reasons including personal preference, dissatisfaction, taste, results, or change of mind will be accepted.
A request must be raised within 14 days from the date of delivery. Any request after 14 days will be rejected.
2. Mandatory Conditions
• The product must be unused and unopened
• The seal must be intact
• Original packaging, labels, barcodes and invoice must be intact
• Batch number must be clearly visible
Opened, used, damaged, or tampered products will not be accepted. Such products will be returned to the customer at their expense. Sovam Ayurveda reserves the sole right to approve or reject any return request after inspection.
3. How to Request a Return or Replacement
Email us at sovamayurveda@gmail.com with:
• Order Number
• Clear reason for request
• Clear images of the product
• Image showing batch number
• Copy of invoice
Returns sent without prior written approval will not be accepted.
4. Pickup & Inspection
Once approved, pickup will be arranged within 4–7 business days. Refund or replacement will be processed only after the product is received and verified at our warehouse. If the returned product fails inspection, it will be sent back without refund.
5. Refund Process
For prepaid orders (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI), refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval. Banks may take an additional 2–3 working days to reflect the amount.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer after receiving correct bank details. Processing time is 5–7 business days after verification, plus 2–3 working days for bank reflection.
6. Replacement Policy
Replacements are subject to stock availability. If stock is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
7. Non-Returnable Situations
• Opened or used products
• Products damaged due to customer mishandling
• Products returned without approval
• Products returned after 14 days
Sovam Ayurveda is not responsible for damage caused after delivery due to improper storage or handling.
8. Policy Updates
Sovam Ayurveda reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting on the website.
