Domestic Shipping Policy

We offer FREE shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹599 anywhere in India.
For orders below ₹599, a flat shipping charge of ₹70 will be applied.
Cart value eligibility is calculated after applying discounts, offers, or coupon codes.

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days from confirmation. Estimated delivery timeline is 5–7 working days from the date of dispatch. Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary depending on location and external factors.

Orders received on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. During festivals, peak sale periods, lockdowns, or unforeseen events, dispatch and delivery timelines may be extended.

We do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses. Rural or remote locations may require additional delivery time.

All shipments are handled through third-party courier partners including Delhivery, Ecom Express, XpressBees, Blue Dart, ATS, and other logistics providers. Once shipped, delivery is subject to the policies and serviceability of the courier partner.

Order Cancellation by Customer

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or dispatched. If a cancellation request is received after processing, the request will be declined. Sovam Ayurveda reserves the sole right to determine whether an order is eligible for cancellation. The customer agrees to accept the final decision made by Sovam Ayurveda regarding cancellations.

Sovam Ayurveda reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion, including but not limited to cases involving incorrect pricing, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or technical errors. If payment has already been received, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

If delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete address details, recipient unavailability, or any error attributable to the customer, any additional re-delivery charges incurred will be borne by the customer.

Coupon Terms & Conditions

Coupons are valid for a limited time only and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

A coupon is valid only when applied at checkout to eligible products sold and shipped by sovamayurveda.com. Coupons are not valid on third-party platforms or external marketplaces.

Only one coupon may be used per customer per order.

If any product purchased using a coupon is returned, the discount amount applied through the coupon will be deducted from the refundable amount.

Shipping and handling charges apply as per the Shipping & Returns Policy.

Offers are valid while supplies last.
Coupons are void where prohibited by law.

Sovam Ayurveda is not responsible for payment of any taxes associated with the use of coupons. Any applicable taxes arising from coupon usage shall be borne by the customer.

All decisions regarding coupon validity, eligibility, and application are final and binding.
